Flow Over a Notch

In conjunction with the FM 100 Hydraulics Bench.

To observe characteristics of flow over notches and determine coefficients of discharge.  Stainless Steel rectangular/V-shaped wiers to be attached to the open channel of the FM 100 Hydraulic Bench.  Water supplied to channel passes through stilling baffle.  Pictured with Vernier hook and point gauge for water level in channel.
