Description
For the laboratory study of various hydrology phenomena. The apparatus consists of a large stainless steel tank filled with graded sand forming the catchment and experimental area. The sand bed can be elevated to 1:40 by worm jacks. Rainfall is simulated by two independently controlled sets of special spray nozzles.
