Description
A self-contained bench-top set of Pelton and Francis turbines designed for studying turbine characteristics under various head and flow rates. The unit consists of a pump, a storage tank, a Pelton and a Francis turbine connected in parallel, a dynamometer, and measuring instruments. Control valves vary the head and the flow rate of water to the turbines.
