Description
Unit consists of a three-span bridge with a removable central section. The bridge rests on four piers which are fitted with load measuring units. The central section is supported by similar units. A caliper dial gauge is used to measure the deflections and thus the forces at each unit. Sufficient information is thus gathered to plot influence lines for the structure.
